Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Computer Operator to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing computer systems and ensuring the smooth operation of all IT-related activities within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and manage computer systems and networks.
- Handle daily data entry and ensure accurate and timely input of information.
- Maintain and troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data integrity.
- Support in generating reports and maintaining databases.
- Assist in installing and configuring new software and hardware.
- Ensure that all IT systems are functioning optimally and securely.
- Coordinate with IT support teams for any advanced troubleshooting needs.
- Maintain logs of activities, errors, and system performance.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related queries.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Computer Operator or in a related role.
- Proficiency in operating systems, MS Office Suite, and data entry software.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred Skills:
